Refund Policy

You should not have to pay for LQT to find out whether it works for you. That is what the free trial is for — 30 days, no card. This page covers what happens if you have paid and something is still not right.
14 days on your first payment
If you are unhappy for any reason within 14 days of your first payment, email us and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason and we will not ask you to sit through one.
Monthly plans
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for — there is no notice period and no exit fee.
We do not refund part of a month that has already run. But if a renewal caught you out — you meant to cancel, and nobody in your company used LQT that month — email us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it.
Yearly plans
Within 14 days of the payment, a full refund, as above.
After that, if you stop using LQT partway through the year we will refund the whole months you have not used. Because the yearly price includes two months free, the months you did use are re-charged at the ordinary monthly rate for your tier, and the balance comes back to you. We will show you that calculation before we process anything.
Removing users
Seats you remove take effect at your next renewal and reduce the bill from then on. Removing a seat partway through a paid month does not generate a refund for that month.
If something is genuinely broken
The 14 days above is a floor, not a ceiling. If LQT was unavailable, lost your data, or did not do what this website said it does, tell us what happened and we will make it right — including outside these windows. We would rather refund you than argue with you.
How to ask, and how long it takes
Email support@leadquotetrack.com from the address on the account, or reply to any receipt you have from us. Tell us which company and which charge; you do not need to write anything more than that.
Payments for LQT are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorised reseller and the merchant of record. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Nothing on this page limits any right you have under the Paddle buyer terms or under the law where you are.
