LQTLQT | Lead Quote Track

Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 September 2026

These terms govern your use of LQT (Lead Quote Track), operated by Paul Alkhoury as an individual seller. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company, and "you" means that company.

The service

LQT helps freight and logistics teams create quote requests, collect and compare agent rates, generate quotes, and track shipments. LQT is currently in beta; features may change and occasional issues may occur.

Where LQT is available

LQT is operated from Lebanon and is subject to Lebanese law, which prohibits Lebanese persons and companies from dealing with Israel. LQT is therefore not offered to, and may not be used by, anyone located in or resident in Israel, or by any company established there. Access from those locations is blocked, and we may suspend or close an account we find to be in breach of this. By creating an account you confirm that you are not in that position.

You are also responsible for your own side: you may not use LQT where doing so would breach the law that applies to you, or any sanctions your own business is subject to.

Your account

  • Provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.
  • You are responsible for everything done under your account and by the users you invite.
  • Tell us promptly at support@leadquotetrack.com if you believe an account has been compromised.

Where LQT is available

LQT is operated from Lebanon and is not offered in every country. We may decline or discontinue service where we are not able to trade, and sign-up from a country we do not serve is refused. This is a commercial and legal restriction on the markets we sell into, not a judgement about any individual or organisation.

Acceptable use

LQT sends quote requests from your own connected mailbox, under your own domain. What you send is your message and your sender reputation. You agree to:

  • Send only legitimate business email to recipients you have a genuine reason to contact, and comply with the email and data-protection law that applies to you.
  • Not use LQT to send bulk unsolicited email, or to send anything unlawful, deceptive or abusive.
  • Not attempt to access another company's data, probe or disrupt the service, or work around the limits on your plan.
  • Not resell or white-label LQT, or copy it to build a competing product.

Rates and AI-read figures

LQT uses AI to read prices, transit times and validity out of agent replies. These figures can be wrong. Always review a rate before you quote it to a client or commit to it commercially. LQT is a tool for handling quotes, not a substitute for your own commercial judgement, and the figures it shows are not an offer, a warranty, or advice.

Your data

Your data stays yours: your clients, your agents, your rates and your margins. You grant LQT only the permission needed to host and process that data in order to run the service for you.

Where your data includes personal data about your own clients and contacts, you are the controller and LQT is the processor: we process it on your instructions, not for our own purposes, and never to train AI models. What we collect and who processes it is set out in the Privacy Policy, and the subprocessor list is on the Security page. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.

Confidentiality

Each side will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to perform under these terms. Your rates, margins, client list and agent relationships are your confidential information, and we treat them that way.

Trial, fees and billing

  • LQT offers a free trial. When the trial ends, continued use requires a paid subscription.
  • Subscriptions are billed per user, in advance, for the period you choose, and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and seller for the transaction. Paddle's own terms apply to the payment itself, and Paddle is responsible for charging any applicable sales tax or VAT. We never see or store your card details.
  • If a payment fails, you keep full access for three days while you fix it, with a notice in the app. After that, access is suspended until payment succeeds. Your data is not deleted at that point.
  • We may change prices. Any change applies from your next renewal, never mid-period, and we will tell you before it takes effect.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel, stop using LQT, and request account deletion at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. What happens to money already paid is set out in our Refund Policy.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms (in particular the acceptable-use rules) or where required by law. Except for serious or unlawful misuse, we will contact you first and give you a chance to put it right.

You can export your data and delete your account yourself, from Settings, at any time. After termination you can ask us to return or delete your data; deletion is permanent and we cannot undo it.

Third-party services

LQT depends on services we do not control, including Google and Microsoft for sending from your mailbox, and the infrastructure providers listed on the Security page. If one of them changes, restricts or withdraws access, parts of LQT may stop working, and we are not liable for that beyond making a reasonable effort to restore the service or tell you it is not coming back.

Warranties

The service is provided "as is" during beta, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not currently offer a service level agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LQT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, nor for lost profit, lost business, lost bookings or lost data, including losses arising from a rate figure that was misread, mis-entered or missing.

Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid for LQT in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify LQT against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms, in particular claims arising from email you sent through your own connected mailbox, or from data you uploaded that you had no right to process.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. For changes that materially affect your rights we will give reasonable notice by email or in the app before they take effect; continuing to use LQT after that means you accept them. If you do not, you may cancel.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either party may seek urgent injunctive relief wherever necessary to protect its confidential information or intellectual property. Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory protection you have under the law of the country where you are established.

General

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the service.
