What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in and works on quotes — a salesperson, a pricing clerk, a manager. You are billed for the seats you have, and the rate steps down for everyone once you pass five and again past ten. An accountant who only uploads invoices and records payments does not use a seat and costs nothing.
Do the cheaper plans have fewer features?
No. Every plan is the whole product — the same quote requests, the same AI rate reading, the same comparison table, leads, shipments and receivables. The only thing that changes with the price is how many people are on the account.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically and no card is stored, so a trial cannot quietly turn into a bill. Your data stays where it is; you decide whether to carry on, and we arrange billing with you directly.
Can I add or remove users later?
Yes, at any time. Adding people that takes you past five or ten seats moves the whole account onto the lower rate. Billing is monthly with no minimum commitment, so nothing locks you into a seat count you have outgrown or no longer need.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes — pay for a year up front and you get two months free. It is optional, not a condition: monthly is the default and there is no minimum term.
What is the founding customer discount?
The first twenty companies to sign up keep 15% off list price for as long as they stay on LQT. It is not a launch promotion that quietly expires — the rate holds, and it applies to whichever tier you are on as you grow.
