Lead Quote Track
One email per supplier. Three follow-ups. A spreadsheet to line the answers up.
LQT sends once and hands you the table.
Lead Quote Track is quote-management software for freight forwarders and procurement teams, powered by Claude AI.
Sent to every supplier privately · AI read the rate from each reply · best all-in flagged automatically.
We are new. Here is what you can check for yourself.
Google reviewed what LQT asks for in your Gmail account and approved it. You see the same scopes on the consent screen.
Rate extraction runs on Anthropic's Claude. Your rate sheets are never pooled, resold, or used to train a model.
LQT cannot read your inbox — not as a policy, as a permission. Replies land on an address LQT owns instead.
A CRM stores contacts. LQT actually does the quoting work.
Conservative estimate based on typical per-task time.
Quoting is the product. These come with it.
Every prospect and client in one list, with who you spoke to and when to call next. No stages to drag, no fields to configure.
Each job from booking to delivery, under one reference everyone says out loud. Operations update it; you stop asking them.
What each client owes and how old it is, on the client's record before you quote the next job. You invoice where you already do and record the number here.
What a colleague has asked you to do on a lead, a quote or a shipment — one list, and it reaches your phone.
ETA and ETS refresh automatically, so you never miss an update.
The rate table, the lead list and the shipment board — the real screens, not a mockup of one.Sample data shown for illustration.
Contract rates (Email / Excel) shown next to live supplier replies.
No setup headaches. No training. Just start.
Send from your own inbox. Replies come straight back — no new address to learn.
Bring in the freight agents, carriers and suppliers you already work with. Once — then reuse them forever.
Generate, compare, follow up, and track everything from one place.
LQT isn't just for the salesperson. Invite your operations and accounting colleagues so the whole shipment lives in one place — everyone on the same record, your company's data isolated from everyone else's.
Quote, compare, follow up, and mark the deal won — all from the salesperson's inbox.
The won quote becomes a tracked shipment. Ops handles milestones, documents and updates.
With cost and selling visibility controlled per role, finance invoices from the same shipment record.

Lead Quote Track (LQT) is freight quote management software for freight forwarders and procurement teams. You send one quote request to all your suppliers at once, LQT reads the rates out of their email replies automatically, and you compare every price in one ranked table instead of a spreadsheet.
No. LQT uses send-only access to your Gmail or Outlook account — it can send quote requests as you, and nothing else. It cannot open, read or search the rest of your mailbox. Replies come back to a dedicated address that LQT does own, which is the only mail it ever parses.
Each supplier replies in their own format — some write the rate in the body, some attach a sheet. LQT reads the reply with Claude AI, pulls out the freight charges, transit time, free days and validity, and puts them in the same row shape as every other quote so the prices are actually comparable.
No, and this is deliberate. Your agents keep working exactly as they do today: they get a normal email and they reply to it. Nobody has to be persuaded to sign up, learn a portal or change anything on their side, so you can start on your very next quote.
A CRM tracks a sales pipeline and a TMS runs shipments you have already won. LQT covers the part between them that neither does: getting priced. It is built around the quote request, the supplier replies and the rate comparison, which is where a pricing desk actually loses its hours.
$35 per user per month for one user, $25 from five users, and $20 from ten. Billing is monthly with no minimum commitment, and you can pay for a year up front for two months free. The first twenty companies to sign up keep 15% off for as long as they stay.
Yes — 30 days free, and no credit card to start. You can send real quote requests to your real suppliers during the trial; it is the working product, not a demo sandbox.
Only your company. Data is isolated per company, so one company can never see another's rates, suppliers or quotes, and your rate sheets are never pooled, resold or used to train anything. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can export or delete it at any time.
Yes. LQT installs to a phone home screen on iPhone and Android and runs full screen with push notifications, so a supplier's reply can reach you while you are away from the desk. The same account works on the web on Windows and Mac.
The inbox chaos, the rate sheets, the follow-ups — LQT is shaped around that reality, not a generic sales pipeline. Try it on your next quote and tell us what's missing. We ship fast.
Rates, suppliers, and quotes are sensitive. We treat them that way.
LQT is built to follow GDPR and international data-protection rules, on SOC 2 / ISO 27001-certified infrastructure. We apply these practices today; formal certifications are in progress as we grow.
Free to start. Works on your phone and computer.
